Custom projects and modification

At A.S.E., we have experts in the custom-engineering, manufacture, modification and repair of motor-operated valves. This consists of the combination or modification of standard valves with manual and/or motor (electric/pneumatic/hydraulic) actuators, possibly in combination with control equipment such as positioners, limit switches, solenoid valves etc.

Our highly trained staff will prepare and test your valves in our well-equipped in-house workshops. Our field service team can then replace and/or install, service and maintain the valve in your product pipeline as desired.

We have extensive experience with MOVs and can deliver any turn-key project on request.

Certifications

The company is certified avcc. ISO 9000 and SCC and our engineers have regular training sessions at the applicable factories. Our staff and engineers are in direct contact with the manufacturers, agents and stockists of valves, actuators and accessories. Therefore, the A.S.E. team is also capable of acting as a quick-response center. We can supply or build motor-operated valves for you on short notice, and in all kinds of different combinations!
