We'll go to extremes for you
Thank you for visiting our website, an information portal on industrial valves. Our roots are in the extremes of industrial activity - namely steam technology and cryogenic technology, as a supplier, engineering and maintenance firm for standard valves, level gauges, reducing valves, safety valves, control valves, etc.
The purpose of this site is to:
"TO GIVE INFORMATION AND ADVICE ABOUT THE SUPPLY, MODIFICATION AND MAINTENANCE OF VALVES, WITH A GOOD PRICE-QUALITY RATIO, THAT MAXIMALLY CONTRIBUTES TO ECONOMICAL AND EFFECTIVE PRODUCTION."
The Romans entered The Netherlands about 2000 years ago and brought water transportation and the concept of the valve along. It came to be in general use in the bath-houses of the first Roman cities, "Mosae Trajectum" or Maastricht and "Noviomagum", also known as Nijmegen.
Now, 2000 years later, A.S.E. BV is following in their footsteps by supplying The Netherlands and the rest of Europe with all types of valves from Nijmegen, where it all started.
Click here for more information on the history of valves.
We don't have to be the largest supply, distribution or repair firm in The Netherlands. We just want you to be serviced. A.S.E. is not just another alternative, A.S.E. is the solution!
Boiler applications
A good valve functions efficiently and needs little maintenance, which translates to more production as well as power savings. This can quickly get up to over €100,000 a day.
And, we can also take care of the little maintenance a good valve requires.
The boiler is one of the most important parts of the production process. We can advise you in this field, as well as in the fields of safety valves and level alarms.
Boiler level alarms are supplied for many different types of boiler installations - low pressure and high pressure - with a lengthy reputation, full service and flexibility. We don't use Gestra in Bremen but Igema in Aken.
We supply the full range of parts for boilers.
Click here for the website of Igema.

And for the Leser-brand spring loaded safety valves, we have an authorized QRC (Quick Response Center) workshop in Goch (Germany), and we are authorized by Lloyds/Stoomwezen to perform inspections. Of course, we also repair other brands in our workshop.

When it comes to control valves and desuperheaters, we are a dealer of Leslie Controls, Prevent and Herose. On the Products page you can read more information about control valves and such. For additional information, please contact us by phone or click here.
Cryogenic applications
As described in the history of cryogenic technology, this branch of industry deals with air separation, storage, transport and vaporization - both as a gas and in the fluid phase of -/- 196 °C to more "regular" temperatures. Due to the pressure and temperature differences, stringent requirements are set for valves operating in such conditions. (Just so you can get an idea of this: 1 liter of fluid gas is equivalent to about 700 liters of gas in more regular conditions of 1 bar and 20 °C, and in these conditions, nitrogen, a heavy gas, quickly assumes a suffocating quality. It is very dangerous to install parts that are not made of stainless steel, brass or aluminum into pipeline systems subject to cryogenic conditions, because rupture will occur due to the so-called "cold embrittlement".
Our manufacturers, Herose and Cash Valve, offer a large part of the cryogenic valve range.
Valves:
Herose is a manufacturer and main international supplier for all renowned gas suppliers and gas producers. Visit the website of Herose for cryogenic changeover valves and globe valves.
Safety valves:
Herose also has a range of safety valves that can safeguard your system in any pressure condition. Visit the website of Herose for spring loaded safety valves and overflow valves (also for regular applications).
Cash Valve has a special mechanical safety device that prevents a temperature decrease in the pipeline and breakage due to cold embrittlement. This is the LTC type (see picture above).

Reducing valves:
For cryogenic applications, Cash Valve has a number of reducing valves, such as type FR and type B. These valves are commonly used by large producers of technical gases.
